After ICU discharge
Prepare nursing, oxygen, equipment and follow-up before the patient arrives home.
Start assessment βWe help medically stable patients move home safely by coordinating nursing, oxygen, medical follow-up, equipment and home diagnostics around one care plan.

Critical care programs
We review what the patient needs, then coordinate the team, equipment and supporting services around the same case.
Prepare nursing, oxygen, equipment and follow-up before the patient arrives home.
Start assessment βNursing shifts for observations, medicines, catheters, wounds and the treating plan.
Assess nursing need βOxygen, suction and tracheostomy care according to the patient and medical plan.

Map current needs βBed, oxygen, suction and monitoring devices based on the care plan.
See setup steps βPhysician visits, lab tests and imaging when needed within the same care plan.

Clinical suitability first
The right question is not whether equipment can fit into a room. It is whether the patient is stable, the home is suitable and there is a clear escalation plan.
One coordinated system
Shifts and observations matched to the care plan.
Coordinate physician or specialist visits when required.
Define appropriate devices and supplies with the treating team.
Lab tests, imaging and diagnostics coordinated when needed.
Why instamedx Critical Care?
Instead of arranging every service separately, we coordinate the needs around the same patient.
Not a device or service name.
Nursing, doctors, diagnostics and equipment together.
Because home care is not right for every patient.
Imaging, labs and doctor visits stay close when needed.
Important questions
Not automatically. Room suitability depends on the patient's condition, oxygen and power requirements, safe access around the bed and the escalation plan.
It can be an option for selected medically stable or post-discharge patients. It is not a replacement for hospital care when instability or hospital-only interventions are present.
Preferably a discharge summary or recent medical report, current diagnoses, medications, oxygen/devices, level of consciousness and mobility, and instructions from the treating team.
